Despite mix-ups on everyone’s part, Zach and I managed to successfully meet at Cinema 21 and catch the anime Metropolis, which was nuts. I wasn’t sure if the plot was pretty simple, and I understood it, or if the plot was amazingly rich and complex and missed out on all the references. Either way, it had some amazing scenery… huge art-deco style techonology with giant gears powering a radiation device designed to shoot the sun to kill robots (?).
Afterwards, Zach and I went to a bar and had some suprisingly good cheeseburgers and talked about my other top-secret project, which involves getting Zach to help me turn some of my ideas into “music.”
Also, it’s looking like Secret Project Sunday is going to start turning into a weekly thing where we all get together and eat a good meal and play together. We’ve been having a lot of fun (at least I have), so I will be quite happy if this turns into a regular thing.

You’re an idiot. I mean that in the nicest way possible, of course.I saw Metropolis a little while ago, and paid $13.25, so I damn well better have gotten the story right. It’s like this, homey-g: Evil Dictator dude builds the Ziggurat (holy palace thingy) in order for a currently being constructed robot hottie (Tima, robot chick) to take the throne and rule the world. A detective chap (forget his name) and Kenichi (hero of the story, methinks) enter the city to investigate a charge against the mad scientist.Basically, goes like this: lab is set on fire, Tima and Kenichi escape from meddling police with cool guns and hide out for a while. Tima learns the love the human race, blah blah, people die, blah blah blah, Kenichi falls in love with Tima. Things go to shit in the end, with Tima taking the throne and going completely crazy, destroying stuff and causing mass explosions. You know what happens next. I’m not even sure why I went on so long about it.Anyway, thass about it. I know, it’s hard to check out the action while reading stupid little captions.Anyway, I think I’m the only person in the world who actually watched that home video of you. Nice positions, by the way. Oh, not that video. Never mind.See you later.Jeremy out.By the way, if you’re into MMORPG’s, check out Ragnarok Online at http://www.ragnarokonline.com. It will take over your life. And then some. Ever hear of a game that demands human sacrifices? Weird.
