Historically, this isn’t all that unusual. Keep in mind that it was presented to him by the guys who captured Saddam.

Keep in mind too, it’s being reported by Reuters … hardly paragons of objectivity or models of what a young reporter should emulate. They’re basically International equivalents of supermarket tabloids.
