So… who is Sean Stolon?
My simian compatriots never make things easy for me.
I'm a 30-year-old web producer and CSS Ninja working at Pop Art who has been making websites for over 12 years. I live in Portland, Oregon with my wife and baby daughter, where I spend my free time playing video games and watching movies.

If you follow the link in my post, you’ll see the source of my question.

no i won’t.
i DID follow the link, there’s no reference to that name that i can find.
unless it’s an old old pokey reference, in which case your link is worthless since the only people who will get it are people who have already read the strip.

i think about sean a bit. i live in florida, but it’s funny we never really started hanging out until he moved to NY. i miss him. he really helped me deal with a lot of nonsense in my life at the time. i have quite a few cds and albums that will always remind me of him when i listen to them. and to me, that is a good thing.

today is 3 years since sean died. one would think the pain eases as time passes. i still find myself saying “no, sean cant be dead” and my heart aches. I can be out and see a tall skinny guy with dark hair and a backpack and my eyes fill with tears like someone opened a faucet. Theres a guy who works in a store i go to who reminds me of sean and i alternately stare at him and avert my eyes ,it hurts to look at him.His family is still devastated and we miss him tremendously.

As a fellow fan of Brainiac, I made a trade with Sean about 6 years ago. This morning I unearthed a disc he made for me, and thought it might be cool to get in touch with him again. I found an old email which got bounced back to me, so I put his name into google to find out he has passed away! Very surreal. My heart goes out to all his friends and family.
