I think it’s absolutely horrific. I can’t even begin to imagine the anger that must have been boiling in this guys veins. I would have freaked out myself. You can damn well bet I would have hired a lawyer too.
That pains me. It doesn’t solve the problem, but I’m glad I don’t often fly and have much direct contact with this bullsh**. I’m going to find a way to fight this kind of crap.

Ugh. I feel sick. Even taking this story with a grain of salt and trying to read between the lines, this is a horrible example of abuse of power.
